ELEGANT GIRLS is an enormous 10 inch lavender bitone crispate with a diamond dusted light cantaloupe watermark, a yellow throat, and serrated edges. A pencil band can be seen around the watermark on cooler days and it sometimes shows "spots" of dark purple pigment on the petal tips. Sepals quill and twist. It's a bud builder that blooms during the mid to late season. Scapes are 35" with 4 to 5 way branching and up to 30 buds per scape. Hardy, dormant plant habit. Fertile both ways but pods take persistence. From Seedling 11-29 (LOUD GIRLS X WHITE EYES PINK DRAGON) crossed with Seedling 2950 (SWALLOWTAIL KITE X LIGHTHOUSE NORTH) x WHITE EYES PINK DRAGON.
